Support Rocktop | Rocktop Academy

This didn’t start with Rocktop. It started with a teacher in Abington, a basketball court in Philadelphia, and a conviction that the most important thing you can do for a young person isn’t teach them a subject. It’s show them who they’re capable of becoming.

That conviction produced NBA champions. Grammy artists. Doctors, lawyers, executives, and countless people living lives of purpose. Not because anyone chased those outcomes, but because the foundation was built right.

Rocktop Academy is where that legacy becomes a school. A hybrid learning environment serving students in grades 6 to 12, in South Jersey and through Rocktop Academy Anywhere, our fully remote program, built around academic, athletic, and personal development pathways.

We are not just developing players and students. We are developing people.

Your support makes that possible for students who need financial assistance to be here. A scholarship gift covers a student’s full tuition, and every dollar goes directly to the program that changes what comes next for them.

Put your name on something that matters.

Every trip, every game, every dinner, every speaker, none of it happens without people who show up for these students. When you sponsor a Rocktop experience you’re not giving to a general fund. You’re covering something specific. Something a student will remember.

Dinner – $250 Ten students. Two coaches. One table. Sponsor a Rocktop dinner and your name is part of that night.

Home Game – $500 Name it. Honor someone. Rep your business. Every fan in the building knows who made it happen.

Trip – $750 per student College visits. Away competitions. New cities, new perspectives. Sponsor a seat and they take you with them.

Event – $1,500+ Awards nights. Showcases. Seminars. Full event sponsorship puts your name at the center of the room.

Guest Speaker The right voice at the right moment can redirect a life. Tell us who you want in the building.

Not sure where to start? We’ll find the right fit.

The financial engine behind everything Rocktop promises a student.

This isn’t a general donation bucket. It’s where scholarship money lives, raised specifically for students who couldn’t otherwise be here, held separately from operating funds, and deployed directly to enrolled students based on need and merit. Every gift goes into the Fund. Every dollar builds toward the next scholarship.

When Rocktop tells a student we can make this work, the Fund is what backs that up. The recruited athlete who can’t cover full tuition. The international student whose family is stretched thin. The student with everything it takes except the check, whether they’re walking our halls in South Jersey or logging in through Rocktop Academy Anywhere. The Fund is how Rocktop says yes.

It’s also permanent infrastructure. It doesn’t reset after one fundraising season or one generous donor. It’s designed to grow, with the institution, with the alumni base, with every student who leaves here and wants to make sure the next one gets the same shot they did.

The philosophy behind this school started on a basketball court and produced NBA champions, Grammy artists, doctors, lawyers, and people living lives of purpose. That philosophy only reaches the next generation if someone funds the seat. That’s what this is.

Every gift goes to the Fund. You choose how much.

Named scholarships: Donors giving $10,000 or more may establish a named scholarship within the Rocktop Fund, designating a specific pathway, a student profile, or a personal legacy. Contact us to discuss.

Rocktop is committed to making sure cost is never the reason a student doesn’t walk through this door.

That’s not just a line. It’s the reason the Rocktop Fund exists.

We’re in our founding chapter. The Fund is growing and our goal is to provide meaningful financial support to every student who needs it to be here. We’re not there yet, but every gift moves us closer to the point where no student goes home because of a check.

If your family needs support to make Rocktop work, don’t let cost be the reason you don’t reach out. We may not be able to say yes today the way we intend to say yes tomorrow, but we want to know your situation and we’ll do everything we can.

That conversation starts here.

Rocktop Academy is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. Our application is pending.

What that means for you as a donor:

Once our determination letter is received, gifts made during this period may qualify for retroactive tax deductibility back to our date of formation — meaning gifts you make today could still be fully deductible. We recommend consulting your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Every donor receives a written gift acknowledgment upon receipt of their contribution documenting the date, amount, and purpose of the gift. Hold onto it. You’ll want it when our status is confirmed.

Our EIN is available upon request.

The right partnership works both ways.

When a business partners with Rocktop, it isn’t just a donation. It’s a relationship. Your brand shows up where it means something. Your investment is visible, documented, and real. And the students who benefit from your support are the same students who become your customers, your employees, and your community.

We’re selective about who we partner with, not because we can afford to be difficult, but because the wrong partnership serves nobody. When we bring a partner into the Rocktop community we want it to feel right for the students and right for the business.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Sponsor a meal, we eat there. Your restaurant feeds the team. We bring the students, we document it, we share it. Real content. Real faces. Real impact in the community you’re already serving.

Sponsor an experience, we show up. A college visit, a personal development event, a game day. Your name is on it. Your logo travels with us. The story gets told.

Game tape and social content. Every game is filmed. Every highlight gets edited. Your commercial runs on our game tape, distributed across our platforms, our players’ channels, and our community. Real production. Real reach. The kind of content a local business can’t manufacture anywhere else.

Sponsor the program, we tell it. Season-long or year-long partnerships that put your brand inside the Rocktop story, on our platforms, in our communications, in the building.

We’re not looking for sponsors. We’re looking for partners who believe in what these students are building, and want to be part of it from the beginning.

The first students through Rocktop’s doors are the impact story.

We don’t have decades of data yet. What we have is a philosophy that has already produced NBA champions, Grammy artists, doctors, lawyers, and executives, and a school built to carry that forward for every student who joins Rocktop.

Your gift funds that. Not abstractly. Not eventually. Right now, in this founding chapter, when the school is being built and the first students are being shaped.

The outcomes will speak for themselves. They always have. Your support is how we make sure the next generation gets the same foundation that built every champion before them.

As our students progress we’ll document every milestone here: signings, acceptances, achievements, and the quieter victories that don’t make headlines but matter just as much.

This page grows with them.
